Come admire the 40 murals about the history and the challenges of the francophone families, the organisations and the religious communities. In 2011, Legal became the world capital for the number of murals per capita (one mural for 30 citizens).

Legal’s mural collection
If you walk on the streets of Legal, you will notice there is murals painted on the walls of the buildings on almost every corner. Each mural tells a story about the region or an event that affected the locals. You can browse trough our Murals’ gallery to find out about those stories or print out the Murals’ map if you want to see them by yourself. If you are a group, you can also contact us to plan a guided tour.
