In the early 1890s, French-Canadian and German pioneers came to Morinville from Eastern Canada and the United States by rail. This tableau is dedicated to those pioneers to recognize their hard work and tenacity in building the Morinville community together. Through their dedication and perseverance, the homesteaders established themselves and their families while creating a prosperous new community.
