The Centralta region is formed mainly by three cities located in the north of Edmonton: Legal, Morinville and St-Albert. Those three cities have a strong francophone heritage and many of their citizens still talk french. In this part of Alberta, the french community history is teached with pride to visitors and tourists who come to admire the many marks of the rich heritage that the region has.
